“ Enjoyed our breakfast so much the first day, we booked another during our stay at the Venetian. Great coffee, phenomenal food and service! Had their take on biscuits and gravy, and added an egg, on the first day (my sister loved their quiche!), and the petite American breakfast the second. The pastries are such a delicious indulgence, but if you aren't able to enjoy during your meal, they are also an easy take-away. Bouchon is always a must do on my Vegas visits! ”

“ Bouchon at The Venetian is a great spot for breakfast, brunch/lunch. They have a small but solid selection of baked goods—definitely go for the croissant over the pain au chocolat. The escargots de Bourgogne are delicious and full of flavor. I also tried the French onion soup, but the broth was a bit overpowering, which made it hard to really enjoy the onion flavor. Still, it’s a charming place with a nice atmosphere. ”

“ Perfection!!! Food: Excellent, Service: Impeccable, and the ambiance was Beautiful! If you like French food with phenomenal service, come here! Santiago my server was professional, friendly, and had great recommendations. It was a joy to have him as my server. I tried a few different things, Salad Maraichere, Lobster with potatoes and peas in a luscious sauce, The Escargot was good, though I would have preferred more garlic-herb flavor and less lemon, but it was still delicious. The puff pastry atop the escargot was also different, and maybe not needed in my opinion, but again, still delicious. I also had haricots verts and truffle frites (fries) which did not disappoint. Walter, another server, was helpful with menu selections, and very welcoming as well. He knows his craft and takes pride in what he does. All the servers were top-notch and very attentive but did not hover. Perfect timing was given in between courses and the servers who served the meals (plates) were very knowledgeable, personable, and added to the overall experience. Bouchon knows how to do fine-dining!! C'est Magnifique! ”

“ The first thing, make reservation before you come. Foods here are very good, best brunch I ever had. Free baguette was warm when being served, if permitted I can eat that for a whole meal. Crab Benedict is the star of the meal, I’m a Benedict lover and this is the best Benedict I ever had. The sauce was made in house, eggs are perfectly half cooked. Other foods are also great. And the service is super nice. The server even gave me some baguette and butter to go. And I can’t believe the price is just as much as an ordinary brunch restaurant. Would definitely be back ”

“ We visited on Sunday 2/23 with 9:45am reservations, and it was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. We went for brunch and everything was perfect. The waitress was very impressive with her attentiveness, specifically our allergy request. One person in our party of 3 has a very severe allergy, and it was handled with extreme care and caution. Throughout our brunch, our water & coffee stayed full, and we were checked in with regularly. The food was absolutely delicious - best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. They literally melt in your mouth. And the pastries were some of the best I’ve tasted!! Thank you for an incredible experience. ”

“ I heard so much about the famous and delicious pastries that Bouchon bakery are known for. When Thomas Keller the michelin starred chef opened a restaurant in The Venetian, had to book reservations well in advance of our planned visit to attend a Tears for Fears concert. So glad that i did because the venue was packed when we went there for brunch. The place had an elegant vibe. The furnishings and atmosphere exude warmth with elements that promote comfort, and pleasure resulting in a savory dining experience. You will find diners and guests exchange lively conversations/discussions, a sure sign that everyone was having a good time. Our party started with their famous bread, delicious butter and jam. We dined on Petit Dejeuner Americaine, Benedicte Au Crabe, and Croque Madame. Everything was prepared and made to perfection. My daughter ordered an assortment of (their famous) pastries to try and bring back to share with her grandma (the treat was an absolute hit). The service and staff were amazing. On our way out, I wasn’t at all surprised to find a long line of people patiently waiting for their turn to dine. Bouchon at The Venetian did not disappoint, a most definite 10/10 dining experience ”
